Goldilocks and The Three Bears
This week we have enjoyed our work based on 'Goldilocks and The Three Bears'.
We have used our story telling skills, acting out the story using a range of different sized props.
After lots of discussion about the best type of porridge, we decided that we needed to taste daddy bear's, mummy bear's and baby bear's porridge. Some of us liked mummy bear's porridge but most of us preferred baby bear's because it was nice and runny!
In maths, we have been ordering different sized objects and measuring using a rule. We have also been adding, taking away and doubling bowls of porridge, cookies and milk.
We even made different sized beds and chairs for the bear's cottage. Let's hope that Goldilocks doesn't break them!
Otherwise she will have to write another 'sorry' letter like these fantastic letters!
We are very proud of how enthusiastically the children have worked this week. They are all superstars!
