What have we grown?

This week’s story was The Enormous Turnip. It inspired us to try and grow our own seeds. All the children were given mystery seeds and cup to share with a friend. They filled the cup with soil and sprinkled the seeds into the cup. Next, they watered their seeds. Finally, they looked for a sunny place to put them, the window ledge was a popular choice. Here are our results!

They turned out to be cress seeds!
