 The Three Little Pigs

This week we have really enjoyed our book. We have been able to explore building in many different ways in our construction area.

In Literacy, we have thought about what the characters said in our story and wrote it in speech bubbles. We have re-told the story using pictures, acted out the story using masks and had a go at drawing and labelling the tools that the pigs may have used.

In Numeracy, we practised measuring using the big hands and feet, made our own measuring tape measure and made house pictures using the tap-tap shapes.

We have worked hard all week on making a display board for The Three Little pigs. We had to paint, cut and stick, and use collage to make the characters in the story. Great teamwork!

We also recognised World Down Syndrome Day by wearing odd socks this week...
