We continued to look at how Diwali is celebrated and had some food tasting sessions.
We used coloured salt to make Rangoli patterns and 2D shapes to make firework pictures.
We dressed in the finest jewels and pretended to be Rama and Sita.
In PE, we used scarves and pom poms and danced to Katy Perry's Firework.
There were some funny faces when we ate our Indian food! We had vegetable somosas, pakoras and onion bhajis on one of the days and poppadoms on another. The poppadoms and maango chutney were a huge success!
