Preparing for VE Day Celebrations

Children are getting ready for 75th Anniversay VE Day Celebrations.

Will is learning about his family's history. His Great-Grandad served in the Army and was part of the D-Day Landings in Normandy and was lucky enough to survive. Will's Grandad has a strong military background. His Dad and Step-Dad were in the RAF too. Will is looking forward to Friday's celebrations.

Thomas has watched lots of history documentaries and takes part in WW2        re-enactments with his family. He's been to Pickering, Papplewick, Crich, Lincoln, Woodall Spa and Suffolk.
