The Magic
Train Ride
This week we have
been creating our own magical train stations.
What would you like
to see as you travel on this magical train?
Frances wanted to
see fairies flying, houses
made of cake, elves dancing and trees
made of sweets.
After working hard
on their writing Blue Group made their own Magic Train to take them to their Fairyland
station.
New Learning
As our journey over
land continues we are learning new skills as we go.
One of this week’s
skills was learning to measure in centimeters with a ruler.
As well as measuring, Imogen used her ordinal numbers to order the trains from
longest to shortest.
Orange group really
enjoyed drawing different length lines during their numeracy outside time.
An engineer’s work
is never done!
Following his checks
Tyler makes last minute repairs to our role play train
heading to Sheffield.
Hitting the open
road!
Jude and William
decided they would go on holiday in their cars – following a map isn’t easy
according to the boys, even when you have drawn it yourself!
Yet more great
drawings on the iPads –
Mr Ward will be
really impressed!
