We had a great day out at the Wildlife Park. We were greeted by a
bright macaw parrot. Along our travels, with our guide, we found other interesting birds too;
owls, hawks and cockatoos.
At the reptile show, we held a snake and stoked a bearded dragon
and a blue tongue skink. Some of the children were a little bit unsure about
touching these strange animals but they were really brave and had a go.
We were lucky to watch the tigers and wolves at dinner time. The
keeper fed the tiger its meat with long tongs and threw the wolves meat over
the walls. The clever wolves caught the meat before it reached the floor!
We enjoyed the Amazing Animal Show were we saw all kinds of
strange, exotic animals and a rescued fox.
